Returns & Exchanges
We offer Store Credits on all full priced items.
- All items must be in original condition with tags attached, any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned.
- Items showing evidence of deodorant, body odour, make up or fake tanning lotion cannot be returned, and will be returned to the buyer.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
- We recommend you try on your purchase as soon as it is received so that you can meet the above conditions.
- Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Please note, we do not credit the cost of shipping and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. It is recommended you use a tracking shipping method for delivery confirmation.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM

- Once we have received your item we will process your return within 3 days and we will email you accordingly.
All sale items are FINAL, we will not exchange or issue store credits on SALE items or on flash sales so please choose carefully. (Discount Code WELCOME10 excluded).
Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please email us as soon as possible.
- We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.
